Alloy Personal Training Bearden is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of Knoxville's premier personal training studios.

$55,000–$70,000.00 Base Salary

This leader may also coach approximately 5–10 hours per week, allowing you to remain connected to members while leading the studio's overall business performance.

THE IDEAL MATCH WILL:

  • Drive consultations, membership sales, appointment setting and close ratios
  • Grow the studio to 150+ active members
  • Execute retention strategies that maximize lifetime member value
  • Recruit, hire, onboard and develop an exceptional coaching team
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and trainer development sessions
  • Manage scheduling, payroll targets and studio operations
  • Build local business partnerships and community relationships
  • Deliver premium consultations utilizing InBody technology and goal-setting sessions
  • Maintain an exceptional member experience and positive studio culture
  • Partner directly with ownership on KPIs, staffing, revenue growth and future expansion
  • Solve problems proactively while leading by example

ABOUT YOU:

  • 3–5 years of fitness, boutique fitness or health club leadership experience
  • Strong membership sales and consultative selling background
  • Experience leading coaches, trainers or sales teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing staffing, scheduling, payroll and business operations
  • Available for occasional mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Passionate about changing lives through health and fitness
