ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead studio operations, drive revenue, and deliver an exceptional member experience.

This is not a typical management role—this is an opportunity to own the performance of a high-volume boutique fitness business in an affluent, commuter-driven market with strong demand for premium wellness.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Salary: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 annually with earning potential up to $110,000.00+

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all studio operations including sales, staffing, and member experience
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and service team
• Drive membership growth through strategic sales execution and community outreach
• Maintain exceptional customer service and retention standards
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and studio performance metrics
• Execute grassroots marketing initiatives and local partnerships
• Ensure brand standards, operational excellence, and compliance

• 2+ years of management experience (fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred)
• Proven success in sales, revenue generation, and team leadership
• Strong organizational and operational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for health, wellness, and community-building
