ABOUT ALLOY WISCONSIN: Alloy Wisconsin operates Alloy Personal Training studios in Middleton and Madison East. Alloy is a national boutique fitness brand built around small-group personal training. We are a locally owned and operated franchisee. Madison East is our second studio — opening for paid sessions in August 2026 — and the Head Coach is the technical training-floor leader of the launch team.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: The Head Coach at Alloy Madison East is the technical training-floor leader. Your job is to be a great head coach — deliver excellent coaching, develop the coach team, and protect Alloy training-floor standards. The Director of Training handles most studio administration; you focus on the floor.

YOU WILL HELP LAUNCH ALLOY MIDDLETON EAST:  For a limited window pre-opening (mid-June through mid-July 2026), you'll partner with the Director of Training and the Studio Director on founding-coach hiring and training-floor setup. Once the studio is open, the role narrows to coaching delivery and coach-team leadership.

HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:

  • Coaching small-group personal training sessions
  • Developing and mentoring the founding coaching team
  • Establishing training-floor systems and standards
  • Supporting member accountability and retention
  • Assisting with coach hiring and onboarding pre-opening
  • Helping create a best-in-class member experience

The perfect match will have exceptional on-the-floor coaching skills, leadership instincts, and the ability to help develop other coaches while maintaining Alloy’s high training standards.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE: Part-Time to Full-Time

The ideal Head Coach will coach approximately 25–29 hours weekly with additional opportunities during the launch and membership ramp-up phase. Pre-opening and launch periods may include increased hours which are fully paid hourly.

As the Founding Head Coach, you’ll spend roughly 25–29 hours per week conducting small-group personal training sessions while also helping:

  • Develop the founding coaching team
  • Conduct coach observations and feedback sessions
  • Maintain Alloy programming and training-floor standards
  • Support member accountability and retention
  • Build systems and processes that create long-term success

During the pre-opening phase, you’ll also partner with leadership on:

  • Founding-coach hiring
  • Training-floor setup
  • Coaching systems and best practices
  • Alloy training and credentialing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate small-group personal training sessions with exceptional technical coaching and member connection
  • Develop and mentor the founding coaching team
  • Conduct coach observations, accountability meetings, and feedback sessions
  • Maintain Alloy programming adherence and training-floor standards
  • Build strong member relationships that contribute to retention
  • Assist with coach hiring, onboarding, and development
  • Help establish training-floor systems, class structure, and delivery best practices
  • Support overall studio culture, accountability, and member experience
  • Other duties as assigned

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active nationally recognized certification required: NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, ISSA, etc.
  • CPR/AED Certification required
  • 3+ years of boutique fitness coaching experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year in a lead coach, coach-lead, or training-floor leadership role preferred
  • Experience mentoring or developing other trainers preferred
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Evening and weekend hours are required
  • MindBody experience preferred
  • Comfortable with Alloy methodology or willing to complete Alloy training in Atlanta

CORE VALUES: A positive, “Stronger Together” attitude and unimpeachable character. Our core values include the aforementioned, as well as sincere candor, competitive spirit, keeping it simple, and humor (with a touch of crazy). We have fun inside and outside of the studio.

HELPFUL COACHING EXPERIENCE: Small Group Personal Training, Functional Fitness, Alloy Personal Training, Orangetheory, F45, StretchLab, Club Pilates, Equinox, BFT, and Comparable premium fitness or wellness brands are preferred.

OTHER OPENINGS: We have Part-Time Coach opportunities available between both studios.
