LOCATION: Alloy Personal Training Progress Ridge at 12345 SW Horizon Blvd., Suite 47, Beaverton, OR 97007.

Located in Progress Ridge TownSquare, this brand new studio will serve Beaverton, Tigard, Bull Mountain, Murrayhill, Tualatin, Sherwood, Lake Oswego, and surrounding Portland area communities.

PREMIUM COMPENSATION, EQUITY, AND BENEFITS:

$65,000-$75,000 base salary, with $125,000+ annual earning potential at full studio membership

BUILD SOMETHING FROM THE START: Alloy Personal Training Progress Ridge is seeking an experienced fitness industry or business leadership professional to lead the launch of our new Beaverton studio as its Founding Studio Director/General Manager.

This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional management position. We're looking for an entrepreneurial leader who can build a team, grow a membership community, drive sales, and create an exceptional experience from a member's first conversation through every stage of their fitness journey.

You'll be the face and leader of the studio, taking ownership of its performance, team, culture, and member experience.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY: As Founding Studio Director/General Manager, you will help establish the studio before opening and lead it as the business grows. You'll work directly with ownership to turn launch plans into action, build local relationships and partnerships, hire and develop a strong team, and create the systems and culture that keep members engaged.

YOU WILL OWN:

• Founding membership sales, consultations, follow-up, conversion, and retention
• Local outreach, partnerships, events, and community visibility
• Member onboarding, engagement, retention, and referrals
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and development of studio staff
• Daily operations, service standards, and the member experience
• Studio goals, key performance indicators, and financial performance
• A positive, accountable culture for members and employees
• Long-term studio growth, profitability, and operational excellence

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead presale and grand opening efforts in partnership with ownership
• Build a consistent sales process and personally connect with prospective members
• Develop relationships with Beaverton, Tigard, Progress Ridge, and surrounding Portland area businesses, wellness professionals, and community organizations
• Follow through on local partnerships, outreach, and events to turn relationships into studio visits and memberships
• Hire, onboard, coach, and hold team members accountable
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, studio presentation, and daily operations
• Track sales, membership, retention, and other performance measures; act on what the numbers show
• Take ownership of revenue goals, membership growth, and studio profitability
• Resolve member concerns promptly and strengthen relationships
• Support the coaching team in delivering a consistent, stellar Alloy Progress Ridge experience
• Represent Alloy Personal Training Progress Ridge at local events and throughout the community

ABOUT YOU:

• A nationally recognized personal training or group exercise certification from an accredited or widely recognized organization, such as ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, NCSF, NCCPT, or a comparable credential, is preferred but not required
• You have 3–5+ years of experience in fitness sales, studio management, business operations, sales leadership, or a comparable role
• You have a demonstrated record of growing memberships or revenue, developing people, and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• You're comfortable owning revenue goals, reviewing financial and performance data, and adjusting your approach
• You can confidently lead consultations, follow up with prospects, and ask for the sale
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and understand the accountability that comes with leading a growing business
• You communicate clearly, stay organized, and follow through
• You enjoy building relationships in the local community
• You're willing to be highly involved during launch, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

RELEVANT BACKGROUNDS: We'd welcome experienced leaders from personal training studios, boutique fitness, small group training, luxury health clubs, membership-based businesses, and sales-driven operations, including F45 Training, Orangetheory Fitness, Burn Boot Camp, Anytime Fitness, YMCA, Crunch Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, Life Time, and independent Beaverton and Portland area fitness studios.

Experience with a particular brand or a fitness certification is not required. What matters is your ability to lead a business, develop a team, drive membership growth, and build lasting customer relationships.
