POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:  Body Fit Training (BFT) is the hottest new fitness franchise with advanced group strength training methodology. We've incorporated scientifically proven strength training techniques into a variety of 50-minute training sessions that are run by accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment. BFT is science backed personal training in a group atmosphere. Our cutting-edge, globally superior technology combined with our elite periodized programming that incorporates heart rate specific training make us both different and better.

300 + STUDIOS: With over 300 locations globally and over 10 locations in Southern California alone, we’re a brand on the move.

TRUE CAREER GROWTH: The Franchisee group owns multi territory development rights and is set to add BFT locations in Beverly Hills and other neighboring West Los Angeles territories. The ideal match will launch our first West Hollywood studio and will be groomed for multi-unit management as a Dual Head Coach or Studio Management as we expand. 

HEAD COACH OVERVIEW: The Franchise group is looking for a Fitness Manager/Head Coach for its upcoming studio in West Hollywood. We are preparing for our GRAND OPENING IN AUGUST 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person who is keen on getting in from the start and helping us build this studio and others from the ground up. The Head Coach will oversee all studio coaches, own all aspects of the member training experience and work closely with the franchise owner and studio manager to deliver the studio’s member growth and profitability aspirations.

Since the West Hollywood studio is in presale, there is also an opportunity to sell founding memberships and aid the grassroots outreach efforts such as lead capture and conversion during regular community events. You will be compensated for new memberships that you bring to this studio in addition to the training and development of our Coaching staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver pre-designed sessions/workouts to groups of up to 36 clients
  • Energize and motivate clients throughout class
  • Coach 15 to 20 classes per week
  • Responsible for all aspects of member training experience
  • Overseas all studio coaches including scheduling and availability
  • Build BFT class attendance and retain current clientele
  • Teach proper technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and developing coaches
  • Have strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, as well as distinguishing features between each
  • Handle member concerns when applicable
  • Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales
  • Responsible for member retention
  • Set up equipment and explain session intention and flow for prospects and new clients
  • Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 4-year degree (in a related field) and/or a nationally recognized PT certification (e.g., NSCA, ACE, NASM).
  • Coaching experience in a group fitness environment and/or personal training role.
  • Experience selling boutique fitness memberships, presale experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Love of boutique fitness is a must – passion for strength training is a plus

  • Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
